Christine Bailes, ANP-R will be retiring her practice and Dr. John Kelly will open up, accompanied by the staff and current providers, the new clinic for neurological care!
Christine Bailes is Retiring
After 8 years of providing neurological care to the Mat-Su Valley, Christine Bailes has decided to move onto her next adventure - retirement!
Christine bought her practice back in 2017 and has brought a unique way of caring to the residents of the valley. Taking her time with her patients and following their care even as she stepped back from seeing patients, she has shown stellar compassion.
As her practice continued to grow, it caught the eye of neurologist, John Kelly while he searched for a practice to join. Highly sought after, John Kelly knew he wanted to join this practice due to the patient first care that was shown over and over. Christine truly believed that her patients had a choice and they chose to see her, so she ensured herself and then her practice knew that our patients were treated as a privilege to see.
It was important to Christine to continue on until she found someone worthy of her patients, someone who showed the same compassion. With a successful first year of working with John Kelly, Christine has decided to sit back and enjoy retirement. Her retirement date for the clinic is currently set for September 9, 2024. Neurologist, John Kelly to open doors to new neurology practice under new ownership and name, in place of Pinnacle Neurology.
A year ago, Dr. John Kelly joined the practice here at Pinnacle Neurology & Infusion. He has enjoyed every bit of helping the residents of the Valley, working with the hospital and bringing a fun and knowledgeable approach to neurological care. With Christine Bailes retiring, Pinnacle Neurology & Infusion will be retiring as well. However, John Kelly will be re-opening our doors with new ownership and a new name. The projected date of the transfer is set for September 9, 2024.

Policy Change
Beginning January 1, 2024
Our clinic will begin implementing a "No Show Fee" as well as a "Late Cancellation Fee" of $50.00
Late cancellation is classified as canceling the scheduled appointment with less than 24 hours notice.
As our current policy states, if a patient no shows or cancels their appointment with less than 24 hour notice three times, it is up to our provider's discretion to continue care.
We understand things happen, and we are willing to work with you to ensure you receive the best care. Our number one priority is our patients.
Please be courteous of our providers and staff as well as other patients who would otherwise take that opening if given enough notice.
